Aye, and god speed upon thy quest! I, too, am of a similar persuasion, though my master grows irate when I should pursue it. And the ladies of the court... need I say more? They scorn me oft for worthier men. Now I must be off, or I shall catch a whipping for sure. God den! |

Well met, good mistress, and god`s greetings unto thee. A singer, art thou? I, likewise, can sing a merry tune. My master tells me I have a fine voice, yet the ladies of the court tell me to "cease my warbling, for the love of Mary". It does me good to meet another of the like profession, for my heart doth melt to a lady who sings. Unmarried? No doubt a local beau will come a-calling in due time. I must be off, for duty calls.
